In order to facilitate the food process industry we are producing high quality mango pulp from high quality Chaunsa, Sindhri and Desi mango. It is strained through 0.5mm mesh to have a very fine creamy texture. It is free from cooked flavor, black specs, extraneous matter like portion of skins, fiber and insect fragments.

The major use of mango pulp is in the production of juices and nectars. It is also used for the production of ice creams, toppings, bakery products and jams. It can be repacked as sweetened or single strength pulp in smaller consumer packs and can be consumed as it is or mixed with milk cheese yogurt. It can also be used in mango shake and mango lassi which is a popular drink all over the world.
